The pattern is drawn by experienced pattern masters using manual counting method. Every stitch of the pattern is meticulously crafted to be exactly the same as the original. The width and height of the pattern reach 98%. The entire pattern is reproduced, taking 15 days to complete. The details on the garment are completely 1:1.
Three-color jacquard knitting, each garment piece takes 211 minutes/piece to weave, resulting in long weaving time, high loss, and long cycle. The wool is dyed with 101/2 combed cotton, with color similarity up to 99%.
Compared with ordinary cotton yarn versions on the market, the texture made of 101/2 combed cotton is more delicate, and the fiber of the raw material reaches 25-35 mm, which makes the woven fabric more delicate, less prone to wrinkles, and the anti-pilling can reach 4-5 grade.
On the contrary, clothes made of ordinary cotton yarn are prone to wrinkles, showing creases after wearing once, and will pill after a few wears.
